We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. After 30 days, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.


2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Item must be in its original packaging.
  • Item must not be marked as "Final Sale" or non-returnable.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items marked as Final Sale.
  • Downloadable or digital products.
  • Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery.

4. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  • Email us at support@thesatisfyco.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Include your order number and reason for return.
  • Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with specific return instructions. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Please note that banks may take additional time to post the transaction.


6. Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived defective or damaged.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping cost.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
